I’m big into building muscle, because cardio works to help you lose weight and toning exercises help to make you stronger. Together they both make your body stronger and leaner. The best way to do both is to have a great cardio workout and while the muscles are still warm and ready to stretch. Of course, you will be extremely tired, but despite that, it’s probably the best way to do both things at once. I have chosen to do the muscle exercises after cardio, only because I would already be in sweaty clothes and wouldn’t have to change : ) So here’s a few videos from http://www.jessicasmithtv.com/ who is a fitness trainer. Personally, I like to do about 25 minutes worth of muscle exercises, so out of these three, I just pick 2 to work on each time.
