I love this walking to the hits because it inspires me to move faster : ) I will write soon on some additional cardio stuff you can do to strengthen the most important muscle of your body- your heart. I know it’s tempting to think all you have to do is exercise to lose weight…but cardio is the ONLY way to keep your heart healthy. And while you do or should be losing some weight, making goals is a crucial part of fitness. Do NOT make goals you can’t meet or you feel let down. Do NOT expect to gain muscle and lose weight immediately- because it’s after the body has adjusted to movement and the muscles are not sore anymore…that’s when stuff starts to happen : ) So…my advice is: Make practical goals, start small and work towards bigger, and whatever you do…be persistent. I’ll share more next time about some muscle toning exercises : )
